This website is operated by SPARBAR IQ. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SPARBAR IQ. By visiting this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from this store.

Online store

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account, billing and delivery information for purchases made through this store. We may refuse, cancel or limit orders where information is inaccurate, where fraud is suspected or where a product is not available for the requested destination.

Products and services

SPARBAR IQ sells physical training hardware, digital membership services and proposal-led commercial CLASS systems. Product descriptions, prices, availability and delivery estimates may change without notice.

Physical hardware and pre-orders

Where a product is marked as a pre-order, payment and fulfilment terms are stated on the product page and at checkout. A physical hardware pre-order does not automatically begin a paid recurring membership unless that is clearly stated as part of the actual transaction.

Digital membership

SPARBAR IQ Membership is a digital software service. Billing interval, renewal, cancellation route and access requirements must be reviewed before purchase or activation. Membership does not ship as a physical item.

CLASS commercial systems

SPARBAR IQ CLASS 5 and CLASS 10 systems are commercial deployments configured through a proposal. Hardware contents, licence terms, onboarding, delivery, installation and support are confirmed in the written proposal or invoice for the facility.

Third-party services

This store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, finance, analytics, fulfilment or software services. Third-party links or services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep product, price and availability information accurate. If an error affects an order, we may correct the error, contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

Intellectual property

All brand, product, copy, imagery and platform materials on this site are owned by or licensed to SPARBAR IQ or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the website or services without written permission.

Limitation of liability
