Elite X pre-orders

How does the Elite X pre-order work?
Elite X pre-orders secure a system from the next available production allocation. The product page shows the current offer and allocation status.

Is the Elite X a subscription?
No. Elite X is a one-time hardware purchase. A paid SPARBAR IQ Membership does not begin automatically unless a customer separately selects and confirms a membership billing plan.

What is included with Elite X?
The baseline allocation includes the SPARBAR IQ Elite X freestanding training system, connected sensor-ready platform, membership activation path and Fighter Dashboard compatibility for eligible customers. Final accessory and sensor availability is confirmed on the product page and order confirmation.

What does membership unlock?
Membership is the software layer for connected sessions, Fighter Dashboard access, session history, performance trends, RIX, SES, GI, NMI and FI reporting, HRV intelligence and AI-supported coaching insight where supported.

Does membership ship physically?
No. Membership is digital access. No physical shipping, store pickup or hardware fulfilment applies.

How does billing work?
Paid renewal begins only when a customer selects and confirms a membership billing plan. Eligible hardware customers may activate introductory access through the Fighter Dashboard where applicable.

How do I access the Fighter Dashboard?
Eligible customers access the dashboard at sparbariq.io. Access is connected to eligible orders and membership status.

Why is an order number required?
The order number helps connect dashboard access to a Shopify purchase or eligible customer record.

CLASS gym systems

Can gyms buy CLASS 5 or CLASS 10 directly through checkout?
CLASS systems are proposal-led commercial deployments. Gyms should book a live demo or request a commercial proposal so equipment, software term, onboarding, support and facility requirements are clear before purchase.

What is the difference between CLASS 5 and CLASS 10?
CLASS 5 is the entry commercial connected-gym package for up to 5 launch athlete profiles. CLASS 10 is the expanded commercial package for up to 10 launch athlete profiles. Final station count, floor space and support level are confirmed after facility assessment.

Delivery and support

When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing depends on the product type, allocation status and destination. Available accessory orders are processed through Shopify checkout. Elite X pre-order and CLASS deployment timelines are confirmed through order updates or commercial proposal.
